Rand Road: To consider a (i) preliminary and final planned unit development, (ii) preliminary and final plat of subdivision, (iii) rezoning Lots 1 & 2 from B-1 to B-3 and Lot 3 from B-1 to OS, (iv) special use permit for outdoor seating and dry cleaners (SIC #721), (v) site plans, and (vi) exterior appearance plans for the proposed redevelopment of the Subject Property with an existing restaurant building and two multi-tenant buildings.
