PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. 25 Red Haw – Bafaloukos Residence – driveway replacement Variation from Zoning Code Subparagraph 3-111E6(k) to reduce the required interior side yard for a driveway from 3 foot to 0 feet. B. 205 S. Rand Road – Sonic Restaurant – site redevelopment 1. Variation from Zoning Code Paragraph 4-110C1 to reduce the required front yard from 50 feet to 30 feet for pavement; 2. Variation from Zoning Code Paragraph 4-110C3 to reduce the required rear yard from 30 feet to 0 feet for pavement; 3. Variation from Zoning Code Subparagraph 10-101F2(b)(v) to reduce the required number of stacking spaces for a drive-thru restaurant from 8 to 6. IV.
