PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. 1245 Thorndale – Bauerle Residence - addition Variation from Zoning Code Paragraph 3-111C2 to reduce the required interior side yard from 10 feet to 7 feet B. Oasis Development – Lot 1 Astor Subdivision (Telser Road) – new industrial development Variation from Zoning Code Subsection 6-110E to reduce the minimum landscaped surface area from 20% (subdivision allowance) to +/- 16% provided the overall subdivision maintains 30%.
