The City has had an appraisal done on the property, and the purchase price negotiated with the landowner is within the range of the appraisal price. Suggested Motion: Authorize the City Manager to execute closing documents and any other materials necessary for the City to purchase the property located at 601 Dragon, Lakeway, TX, when they are in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
