PUBLIC COMMENT: N/A NEW BUSINESS: No council member update provided. Guest Presentations Care Net Smart Programs Presentation — Becky Miller led members in a conversation about unhealthy relationships. Youth Empowerment Summit Update Shannon confirmed member attendance and assigned duties for the May 25% Youth Empowerment Summit. Shannon reminded members of the June 3City Council Youth Council recognition their requirement to attend the 7:00pm meeting in Council Chambers.
