Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll Call 4. Plan Commission minutes of 5-11-2026 5. Public hearing on petition to rezone Schacht Field from C-1 (Commercial) to CON (Conservancy). Rezoning would include Parcels 246-1553, 246-1554, the abandoned right-of-way abutting these parcels, 246-1571, 246-1572, 246-1573-05, 246-1573-10, 246-1573-15, and 246-1573-20. The rezoned land is approximately 3.6 acres. Purpose: Allow six pickleball courts, related facilities, and a stormwater management basin to be built. Members of the public may speak for up to 3 minutes on the topic. Speakers should identify themselves and where they live. 6. Close public hearing 7. Consider petition to rezone Schacht Field and possible recommendation to City Council 8. Consider preliminary site plan from ARCC Developments LLC to construct commercial condominiums on Arrow Ridge Lot 7 (Parcel 246-1623-40) and Possible Action 9.
