Lanesboro City Council Special Meeting Tuesday, March 22, 2022 6:30 p.m. Lanesboro Community Center Meeting Room Call to order the Special Council Meeting: A. The meeting will be closed due to Attorney-Client privilege to discuss active litigation per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd 3B. Subject has filed suit against the City. We are discussing litigation strategies based on the information contained in the Complaint. Absolute confidentiality is necessary as open discussion of this active litigation could reveal the City's strategy or jeopardize any potential resolution regarding the City's response.
