BCPC suggestion that we increase total grant to 40K to enable tweaks to Historic District ordinance as it is removed from zoning book d. Seemed to be general agreement from BC e. Revised resolution was attached yesterday; need to recommend approval at work session 6. Heckman Property Update a. MT ZHB voted 3-2 to deny Erin Development application for relief b. I believe reasons will be laid out in record of decision c. Borough and LOSI attorneys laid out strong written arguments d. Of interest: New ZHB chair was one of the two voting against denial; alternate was one of 3 voting in the majority 7. RC3 a. Penndot virtual meeting with public officials February 27  b. Council agreed to request LBPC attendance c. Council interest in using Pennoni, rather than SAFE Highway Engineering d. Solicit PC’s thoughts/discussion 8. 2025 a. Zoning Book b.
