Staff Present: Jerry Hankin, Code Administration Supervisor Mary Murrieta, Environmental Health Specialist Kathy Wickersham, Administrative Assistant City Council Liaison: Dee Mickelson (absent) 2. Review of Monthly Inspections - October 16, 2010 through November 8, 2010 a. Explained ratings and information about specific establishments were discussed. b. Review FDA Inspection Report Guidelines a. Discussed how scoring would help with critical and non-critical items b. Discussed how FDA form varies from Establishment inspection form used by inspector c. Board recommended using FDA form for 5 inspections and the Establishment inspection form for 5 inspections and comparing 5. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS a. Murrieta let the Board know that she would be conducting health inspections on holiday food products 6. NEXT MEETING DATE: a. Thursday,December16,2010-Cancelled b.
