MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH City of Laramie Board of Health Regular Meeting Thursday, September 27, 2018, at 6:15 p.m., Annex Conference Room 405 Grand Ave, Laramie, Wyoming. 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Regular meeting of the Board of Health was called to order by Becce Ford at 6:16 p.m. Present: Aaron Taff, Beth Young Jones, and Becce Ford. Absent: Jean Allais and Leslie Comly. Staff Liaison: Charles McKinney (absent). Staff: Nancy Bartholomew, City Clerk; and Cody Talbott, Environmental Health Specialist. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MINUTES 2.A. Changes and Approval of Agenda MOTION BY YOUNG JONES, seconded by Taff, to approve the agenda as submitted. MOTION CARRIED by voice vote. 2.B. Minutes from the August 30, 2018 Board of Health meeting. MOTION BY YOUNG JONES, seconded by Taff, to approve the minutes from the August 30, 2018, Board of Health meeting. MOTION CARRIED by voice vote. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS – Non-Agenda Related Topics – No action can be taken None. 4. BOARD OF HEALTH AND STAFF REPORTS AND COMMENTS Talbott gave updates on inspection status, continuing education, state software, and inspection fee letter responses. 5. DISCLOSURES None. 6.
