NOTES CITY OF LARAMIE, WYOMING WORK SESSION NOVEMBER 10, 2021 Time Work Session began 6:03 p.m. Present: Cumbie, Gabriel, Harrington, O'Doherty, Schmechel, Shuster, Summerville, and Pearce. Absent: Weaver. Staff present: Janine Jordan, City Manager; Robert Southard, City Attorney; Malea Brown, Chief Operating Officer; Todd Feezer, Assistant City Manager; and Nancy Bartholomew, City Clerk. 1. WORKSESSION 2. Public Comment None. 3. WORK SESSION: Process for Redistricting and Ward Boundaries [Jordan, CM; Southard, CA; Bartholomew, CC] City Clerk began presentation and introduced city team and Albany County Clerk and he r election team. Albany County Clerk Gonzales provided updated information for redistricting and timeline. City Manager provided additional information about the current w ard boundaries and why we have a need to update them. Council discussed the process they would like to use for ward boundaries, to include all councilors at some or all levels, and include the community in the process. November 30- ward meetings on ward boundaries. December (early) maps are due. December (early) meetto discuss the proposals. 3.A.
