Absent: None. Staff present: Janine Jordan, City Manager (arrived at 5:49 pm); and Nancy Bartholomew, City Clerk. County Commissioners present: Pete Gosar, Sue Ibarra, and Terri Jones (arrived at 5:47 pm). County Staff present: Kayla White, Albany County Clerk; Jennifer Curran, Deputy County Attorney; other Clerk's office staff; Bailey Quick, Grants Manager; and Grants office staff. 1. WORKSESSION 2. County Commissioner Ibarra left at 7:48 pm. Council Recessed at 8:24 pm. 4. Dismiss Albany County Commissioners Albany County Commissioners left at 8:24 pm. Council reconvened at 8:37 pm. 5. City Council Updates/Council Comments Shumway- Traffic Safety Commission concerns and purpose. Richardson- Laramie Main Street- International Flavor Pop-up Art Walk, parking, Laramie Public Art Coalition fundraising.
