City Council Updates/Council Comments Pearce- Ranch Advisory Commission (working group progress on lease and goals) O'Doherty- Building Fire Code Board of Appeals interview, Environmental Advisory Committee (emissions reduction plan). Gabriel- Laramie Railroad Depot, Albany County Tourism Board, and Parks, Tree and Rec Board. Richardson- Laramie Youth Council, Albany County Rec Board. Shumway- Laramie Youth Council, Traffic Safety Commission (parking concerns), Urban Systems Advisory Committee. Harrington- Pilot Hill Committee, State Parks and Cultural Agency. Cumbie- Town and Gown, Laramie Planning Commission (Turner Tract Property at Beech and Boulder and 0 zoning), Laramie Police Department Swearing In Ceremony, Disaster Preparedness Planning.
