Absent: None. WORK SESSION 2. Public Comment None. 3. WORK SESSION: Recommended Supplemental Budget City Manager Janine Jordan introduced the Budget in Brief document included in the agenda packet. The City Manager's Budget Advisory Committee have provided recommendations that were included in the Budget in Brief document. Director Webb covered the following sections of the Recommended Supplemental Budget document: Water Fund on pp. 149-164 Wastewater Fund on pp.199-209 Solid Waste Fund on pp.239-248 Capital Construction Fund on pg. 127 Public Works Administration General Fund on pp. 73, 46 Streets/Fleet on pp. 78, 90 Engineering Division pp. 73- 77, 42, 72 (presented by City Engineer Eric Jaap) Director Teini presented on the Community and Economic Development Division on pp. 54- 60, 40. The next budget work session will be held Wednesday, May 14th at 6:00 pm at City Hall. 3.A. Public Comment: None. 4. City Council Updates/Council Comments Vigil- Laramie Public Art Coalition (Director transition, funding review), Human Rights and Relations Commission (meeting tomorrow) Lockhart - Albany County Tourism Board (Planning Meeting and showed overnight stay trends, employment & housing discussion for tourism industry, Executive New Hire) Newman - Laramie Chambers Business Alliance (Safran update) Richardson - Housing Coalition, Laramie Main Street Alliance (MOU to work w /Downtown Development Authority for downtown plan, funding) Page 1 of 2  CITY OF LARAMIE, WYOMING CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 406 IVINSON AVE, LARAMIE, WY 82070 MAY13,2025 Fried - Ranch Advisory Commission (May 29 th ranch tours), Traffic Safety Commission (Parking) Shumway - Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM) (99 members now, 1 % increase in dues, 2026 WAM Summer Convention Host was awarded to Laramie) Bowling - Laramie Police Advisory Board (testing for promotions, presentation on Office Involved Shootings), Safran tour, Laramie Rifle Range Board (meeting tomorrow) O'Doherty- Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities (Pridefest and Freedom Has a Birthday booths) Cumbie - Housing Coalition (Community Partnership Action Group meets tomorrow), Albany County Mental Health Board (Christin Covello resigned from VOA), University of Wyoming Police Department is working on information updates, Laramie Regional Airport Joint Powers Board (meeting tomorrow), National Police Week this week, 1st Street Parking Neighborhood Meetings are on Thursday at the Laramie Railroad Depot from 11-1 pm and 5-7 pm. 5.
