Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities City Hall Council Chambers 5:00-6:00 pm Thursday, February 6th, 2020 Special Meeting Minutes Members Present: Katie Harmon, Emmalee Moore, Jerrica Becken, Marla Puett- Sandberg, Sam Burkett, Michaela Rank Members Absent: JoCarol Ropp, Mark Sparks, Michelle Blakely Council Liaison: Erin O’Doherty Staff Liaison: Jasmine Parten Michaela called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm. I. ROLE CALL II. APPROVAL OF JANUARY MINUTES A. Michael makes motion to accept November minutes. B. Emmalee seconds. C. Carried with voice vote. III. NEW BUSINESS: A. Michaela states that Disability Event will be held on Friday, February 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Michaela can’t be there. Jerrica is the point of contact between B. Mark would like to nominate Coal Creek to be recognized as one of the businesses making efforts to be more accessible. IV. OLD BUSINESS: A. Marla motioned that a special meeting be held on Thursday, February 6th at 5:00 pm to finalize the details for March. B. Michaela seconds. C. Carried with voice vote. V. ADJOURNMENT 5:59 PM.
