I. ROLE CALL II. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER MINUTES A. JoCarol made motion to approve minutes. B. Emmalee seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. III. OLD BUSINESS A. Presentation to City Council a. Katie moved to nominate all boards members available to present to City Council at the February Work Session or Regular Meeting. JoCarol seconded. Carried with voice vote. B. Process on Emailing Businesses a. Katie moved to nominate herself and Sam to serve as the liaisons for emailing businesses and other entities. JoCarol seconded. Carried with voice vote. IV. NEW BUSINESS A. Selection of two Administrators for the LACD Facebook page. a. Katie moved to nominate herself as the first administrator and Dani as the second, to serve as the administrators for the LACD Facebook page. Michelle seconded. Carried with voice vote. V. Next meeting will be a regular meeting on March 3rd, 2022. VI. ADJOURNMENT at 5:53 pm.
