I. ROLE CALL II. Selection of a Chair and Vice Chair for the Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities a. JoCarol made a motion to nominate Katie Harmon to serve as the Chair through March 2, 2023. Michaela seconded. b. Katie made a motion to nominate Allison Cunningham to serve as the Vice Chair through March 2, 2023. JoCarol seconded. III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY MINUTES A. Michelle made motion to approve minutes. B. Allison seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. IV. OLD BUSINESS a. Discussion for City Council Presentation on 3.22.2022 V. NEW BUSINESS a. Updated Bylaws. i. Tabled for next meeting VI. Next meeting will be a regular meeting on May 5th, 2022. VII. ADJOURNMENT at 5:56 pm.
