I. ROLE CALL II. Introduction of new and returning Board Members. III. Presentation from the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado & Wyoming about their upcoming event, The Walk to End Epilepsy, and services provided through the foundation. A. Katie made motion to acknowledge receipt of presentation. B. Brandon seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. IV. Approval of Agenda V. A. JoCarol made motion to approve agenda. B. Michaela seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. VI. Approval of March Minutes A. Katie made motion to approve minutes. B. Emmalee seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. VII. OLD BUSINESS A. Updated Bylaws. i.
