I. ROLL CALL II. Approval of Minutes A. Gabi made motion to approve amended minutes. B. JoCarol seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. III. Approval of Agenda A. Katie made motion to approve amended agenda. B. JoCarol seconded. C. Carried with voice vote. IV. OLD BUSINESS V. NEW BUSINESS A. Introduce New Board Member, Andre Fecteau B. Annual Training for Open Meeting and Public Records Acts i. Nancy Bartholomew, City Clerk, gave a presentation on the Open Meeting and Public Records Acts. C. Discussion on Freedom Has a Birthday i. Gabi motioned to create a sub-committee for Freedom Has a Birthday. ii. Andre seconded.  iii. Carried with voice. D. Discussion on Pride Fest i. Gabi motioned to create a sub-committee for Pride Fest. ii. Katie seconded. iii. Carried with voice. E. Postpone items 5.E., 5.F., and 5.G., to the next Regular Meeting i. Gabi made motion to postpone items ii. Andre seconded iii. Carried with voice VI. Next meeting will be a regular meeting on July 6th, 2023. VII. ADJOURNMENT at 6:23 pm.
