To approve the minutes from the August 12, 2009 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (page 1) 2. To accept the donation from the Laramie Railroad Depot Association of a UPRR snowplow for placement and use in the Railroad Heritage Park, in Depot Park (unknown value at this time). (page 13) 3. To accept the donation from the Laramie Main Street Program to have Wal-Mart donate the materials and labor to paint the new conduit on the Garfield Street Footbridge re-lighting project (unknown value at this time). (page 16) 4. To acknowledge receipt of the letter from Tracey Williams from Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails concerning the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant status. (page 18) 5. To acknowledge receipt of the letter from the ACSD #1 Bridges Summer School Program. (page 19) 6. To permit the Safe Project to display the Silent Witness program in the Recreation Center grand hall in October during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Consideration of a joint meeting with the Laramie Planning Commission to discuss parks and open space issues on Wednesday September 16th at 5:00pm or Wednesday September 30th at 5:00pm. 2. Consideration of the proposal to streamline renewal membership applications for the Recreation Center and Ice & Event Center memberships as requested by a Recreation Center member. (page 22) 3.
