Consent Agenda:
1. To approve the minutes from the February 10, 2010 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and
Recreation Advisory Board. (page 3)
2. To approve the renewal Adopt A Trail Along the Greenbelt Park Agreement with Trihydro
Corporation for general cleanup of one-quarter mile section along the Laramie River
Greenbelt Park in the amount of $75.00 per year for a two year period, and forward onto
Council for their consideration. (page 7)
3. To accept the donation of LaBonte Outdoor Learning Center Property from the Laramie Rivers
Conservation District valued at $9,800 as outlined in correspondence dated February 6, 2010
and forward onto Council for their consideration. (page 12)
4. To accept the donation of $1,000 to the “A Place for All” scholarship fund from the Masonic
Families of Laramie and forward on to Council for their consideration. (page 15)
5. To acknowledge receipt of the grant application from the Friends of Community Recreation for
support of the Wyoming Parks and Recreation state conference in Laramie on August 31st to
September 3rd. (page 18)
6. To approve the request from Wyoming Special Olympics to permit the Laramie athletes to
practice in the 8-lane pool prior to the Wyoming Special Olympics state meet. (page 21)
