To approve the minutes from the May 12, 2010 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (page XX) 2. To approve the renewal Adopt A Park Agreement with the Laramie High School Living Skills Class for general cleanup of Optimist Park, and forward onto Council for their consideration. (page XX) 3. To accept the donation of by Michele Peck of $938 for a bench with plaque for installation in Washington Park along the east side of the sand volleyball court in memory of Lacē Peck and forward onto Council for their consideration. (page XX) 4. To accept the donation by Polly, Stephen, Gary, Michael and Karen Wade of $5,700 for a lighted sign, park bench, and decorative rock to the Laramie Community Ice and Event Center in memory of Dale Wade and forward onto Council for their consideration. (page XX) 5. To accept the donation by Kathleen and John Scott for a Precor 240i Stretch Trainer with a value of $800 for the Recreation Center stretching area and forward onto Council for their consideration. Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. Regular Agenda: 1. Consideration of the proposals for the Recreation Center Playground designs. (page XX) 2. Consideration of a resolution supporting the filing of an application by the City of Laramie, Wyoming with the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) for a Transportation Enhancement Activities Local (TEAL) award in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the painting of the Garfield Street Footbridge.
