To approve the minutes from the September 14, 2011 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen-page 4) 2. To accept the donation from AJ Gallegos for the 2012 Dog Days in the amount of $500 along with recognition on the Recreation Center donor wall and the Parks and Recreation summer program guide, and forward onto the City Council for their consideration. (Harrison page 9) 3. To acknowledge receipt of the 2011 Laramie Community Service Day report. (Zook-page 12) Motion by______________, seconded by____________, that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.) Regular Agenda: 1. Consideration of the amendment to Title 6 of the Laramie Municipal Code concerning Animals, specifically 6.04.060(e) “A dog is not at large when it is being trained within a dog training area or designated dog park established by the parks/tree advisory board in a public park at specified times. The parks, tree and recreation advisory board shall recommend dog friendly parks within the city”.
