To accept receipt of the Recreation Division’s Revenue and Expense Report for Spring 2014. (Guerin, pages 5-16) 3. To acknowledge receipt of the staff reports on the 2014 Arbor Day Celebration. To approve Amendment Number Three to the Facilities Use Agreement between the City of Laramie and the Gem City Bone & Joint, P.C. extending the term retroactively from September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2014 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign. To accept the donation of $1,861.20 for the planting of six Austrian Pines and 4 pinions by the Patel th and Aadland families in the northeast corner of East Reynolds Street and North 30 Street and forward to City Council for their consideration. To acknowledge the contributions made by the University of Wyoming Summer Institute volunteers to the Little League Complex and Cowboy Field and to forward on to City Council for their consideration.
