Call to Order Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board was called to order by Vice Chair Kahler at 6:30 p.m. 2. Approval of Agenda MOTION BY MATHEW, seconded by Gale that the agenda be set as submitted. 3. Citizen Comments None 4. Advisory Board or Staff Comments None 5. Disclosures None. 6. Regular Agenda 6.A. Presentations related to City of Laramie Albany County Recreation Board Funding Applications received from community entities for FY24. MOTION BY MATHEW, seconded by Gale that the Parks, Tree & Recreation Advisory Board receive presentations from applicants applying for Albany County Recreation Board Funding through the City of Laramie process and that information from these presentations be used to create a priority list to present to the Laramie City Council for consideration. MOTION CARRIED by voice vote. 7. Next Meeting Date The next meeting of the Parks, Tree & Recreation Advisory Board will be held on January 17, 2024, at 6:30pm (ACRB Prioritization). 8.
