PRE-APPLICATION: Review, discussion, and approval of the Pre-Application for the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency. [Feezer, ACM] MOTION BY DD, seconded by JF, that the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency ameJJ.d the pre- application to include a suggested page limit of 25 pages. MOTION CARRIED by voice vote. MOTION BY DD, seconded by AL, that the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency approve the pre- application and that staff begins notifying interested parties and the public of the availability of the pre-application. Roll call showed Aye: Douglass, Freeman, Lentner,, and Schmechel. Nay: None. Absent: Rich. MOTION CARRIED Public Comment: None ( 6.B.ii. RFP: Discussion of sample Requests for Proposals and staff intent on the City's North 4th Street property 6.B.iii. Motion by AL, seconded by JF to establish sub-committee for RFP development. AL and FS to volunteer for sub-committee assignment. MOTION CARRIED by voice vote. 6.B.iv. For consideration in the agenda of the next meeting, establishment of sub-committee for the consideration of proposal evaluation criteria and establishment of sub-committee for community engagtement. 7.
