CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Fred Schmechel at 5:30 p.m. Members present: Davona Douglass (DD), John Freeman (JF), Abe Lentner (AL), Lisa Rich (LR), and Fred Schmechel (FS). Members absent: None Council Liaison: Andi Summerville (present) Staff Present: Todd Feezer, Assistant City Manager; and Derek Teini Community & Economic Development Director. 2. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items None. 3. Approval of the agenda A. MOTION BY AL, seconded by JF, that the agenda be approved. Motion carried. 4. Disclosures by Commissioners of the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency None 5. Approval of the Minutes of the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency None 6. Business Items of the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency 6.A. Old Business None 6.B. New Business 6.B.i Project Evaluation - Establishment of Scope of Work/Establishment of Sub- committee. This item is to establish the scope of work and sub- committee to produce the evaluation process and rating system for projects submitted to the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency. Volunteers: DD and AL. A Motion by JF, seconded by LR, that the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency appoint (two members) to work on the evaluation process and rating system for projects submitted for assistance through the Laramie Urban Renewal Agency. Motion carried.
