Gave an overview of the questions and how it'll link with capital improvement plan. Council member Medley discussion of questions to ask residents-are you a registerd voter. Do you own commercial property in the city. Council member Siddiqi asked about 3 priorities for community benefits. Discussion of survey questions. Ask if they are resident/registered voter. Susie will revise and send council updates for Oct 4 and Oct 18.
