Roll Call Present: Mike Greene, Charlotte Jones, Bruce Kantor, Fred Prime, Pam Shermeyer, Dan Sugg. Absent: Patricia Felton, Alex Green, Danielle Huey. 3. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve agenda made by Chairman Fred Prime, seconded by Dan Sugg. Motion passed Unanimously. 4. Approval of Minutes A. December 2024 - DDA Board Minutes Motion to approve minutes of December 2024 Meeting made by Pam Shermeyer, seconded by Mike Greene. Motion passed Unanimously. 5. Public Comment (speakers are limited to 3 minutes) 6. Presentations A. Southfield Chamber of Commerce: Update on Lathrup Village Activities No presentation given. The presenter did not arrive for meeting. 7. Consent Agenda A. Monthly Financial Reports B. Motion passed unanimously. 8. New Business A. 2025 Main Street America Accreditation Assessment Update provided to board regarding the Main Street program’s annual assessment to retain Affiliate status. B. 3rd Annual Lathrup Village Music Festival Overview The board received an update on the 3rd Annual Lathrup Village Music Festival, including progress on securing musical acts and sponsorships. Four verbal agreements have been made, with contracts pending approval. The DDA was asked to approve funding for these acts, with the funds to be refunded to the DDA from sponsorship funding for the event. Motion to approve entering into contracts with the 4 acts for the music festival by Mike Greene, seconded by Dan Sugg. Motion passed unanimously. 9.
