Approval of Agenda 3. Public Comment 4. New Business A. Closed Session Regarding a Legal Issue Motion to move into closed session by D. Sugg, seconded by P. Shermeyer. All in favor. Brickley provided an update on the lawsuit. Motion to return to open session by B. Lovins, seconded by D. Sugg. All in favor. 5. Public Comment 6.
