Election Commission Meeting Minutes Friday, October 27, 2023, at 4:30 PM 27400 Southfield Road, Lathrup Village, Michigan 48076 1. Call to Order at 4:30 pm 2. Roll Call Present: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Baker, Commissioner London 3. Approval of Agenda Commissioner Jennings moved to approve the agenda as presented. Commissioner Baker seconded the motion. Motion carried. 4. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Baker moved to approve the meeting minutes of Monday, October 17, 2022. Commissioner Jennings seconded the motion. Motion carried. 5. Public Comment None 6. Considerations / Discussion A. Consideration of Appointment of Election Inspectors Commissioner London presented the Commission with a list of prospective Election Inspectors for approval. Commissioner Jennings moved to approve the Election Inspectors. Commissioner Baker seconded the motion. Motion carried. 7. Unfinished / New Business None 8.
