VAR2021-00057; Patty Shupe; 115 Carriage Station Drive Motion made to APPROVE VAR2021-00057 with BOA conditions requiring the installation of a 5-foot high privacy fence surrounding the pool area by Board Member Hall, Seconded by Board Member Johnson.
