Voting Yea: Mayor Still, Council Member Johnson, Mayor Pro-Tem Jones, Council Member Thompson, Council Member Taylor-Crawford Public Hearing Old Business Discussion will be limited to 7 minutes per side including rebuttal. Questions and answers from Council Members will not infringe on the time limit. 1. FISCAL YEAR 2026 Proposed Budget Keith Lee, Chief Financial Officer presented this item on salary increases, revenue changes, and capital expenditures, then answered questions from Council. Mayor Still opened the Public Hearing, hearing or seeing no one for or against, closed the Public Hearing. Final Adjournment Motion to adjourn out of Special Call made by Council Member Thompson, Seconded by Council Member Johnson.
