Increase in Disposal Costs for Recycling Barry Mock and Steve Edwards from Advanced Disposal delivered the presentation. This will be moved to the January 27th Regular Meeting. 2. Todd Hargrave recommends to not approve the timeline due to Keith Roche's concerns. This will be discussed at the January 27th Regular Meeting. 4.
