Mayor Still called the meeting to order.

Discussion of General City Business
1. Increase in Disposal Costs for Recycling
Barry Mock and Steve Edwards from Advanced Disposal delivered the presentation.
This will be moved to the January 27th Regular Meeting.
2. City View Modifications
Rick Porter delivered the presentation.
3. CIC2019-00001; Thomas Johnson; 17 West Pike Street (Previously 85 Benson Street)
Todd Hargrave delivered the presentation. Todd Hargrave recommends to not approve the
timeline due to Keith Roche's concerns. This will be discussed at the January 27th Regular
Meeting.
4. SUP2019-00024; Woodrow Preston Willard; 444 West Pike Street
Todd Hargrave and delivered the presentation. This will be placed on the January 27th
Regular Meeting.
5. SUP2019-00025; LIV Development, LLC c/o Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP
Tabled to the January 27th Regular Meeting.
6. RZR2019-00003 & SUP2019-00019; 138 Paper Mill Road; Shane Lanham
Tabled to the January 27th Regular Meeting.
7. RZC2019-00010 & SUP2019-00022; The Residential Group c/o Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP-
Shane Lanham; Buford Drive (SR 20) at University Parkway (SR 316) Pending Annexation.
Todd Hargrave and Shane Lanham delivered the presentation. Curt Alexander from the
Residential Group also delivered information. This will be placed on the January 27th Regular
Meeting.

Todd Hargrave and Mark Lackey delivered the presentation. This item is moved to the
