Resolution to adopt Fleet Policy Michael Rudnick Director of Fleet Services presented an overview of his department before providing the presentation of the fleet policy. Broad-Based Geographic Information Systems Services on an Annual Contract This item will be placed on the consent agenda as item #4 for April 25, 2022. 10. Presentation of the “Open Checkbook” portal  Information Technology Director Kyle Parker provided a brief project overview and then introduced Nathan Tullis who presented this item. 11. Presentation of Fiscal Year 2023 Proposed Budget Finance Department Director Keith Lee presented this item.
