Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order PRESENT Mayor David Still Council Member Victoria Jones Council Member Austin Thompson Council Member Marlene Taylor-Crawford ABSENT Mayor Pro Tem Glenn Martin Prayer Mayor David Still led the group on prayer. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Still led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Agenda Additions / Deletions Motion to approve agenda as presented made by Council Member Jones, Seconded by Council Member Taylor-Crawford. Voting Yea: Mayor Still, Council Member Jones, Council Member Thompson, Council Member Taylor- Crawford Public Hearing Old Business Discussion will be limited to 7 minutes per side including rebuttal. Questions and answers from Council Members will not infringe on the time limit. 1. Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Proposed Budget Public Hearing  Finance Director Keith Lee presented this item and answered questions from Council. Mayor Still opened the public hearing and seeing and hearing no one come forward the pubic hearing was closed. This item will be on the June 22nd Regular meeting for approval. Discussion of General City Business There is no public comment during this section of the agenda unless formally requested by the Mayor and the Council. 2. 138 Paper Mill Road Subdivision Underground Electrical Project Assistant City Manager Barry Mock presented this item. This item will be Consent item #1. 3. Renewal of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. Enterprise License Agreement This item will be Consent item #2. 4. Renewal of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement This item will be Consent item #3. 5. Lease new user Workstations (Laptops and Desktops) This item will be Consent item #4. 6. View Point Co-Responder Agreement Renewal Chief of Police Myron Walker presented this item. This item will be Consent item #5. 7. ReCAST Update on Community Assessment Presentation ReCast Program Manager Marcus Thorne introduced Sheryl Trent with SBrand Solutions. They provided an update on the program. 8. ReCAST Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gwinnett County Public Schools ReCast Program Manager Marcus Thorne presented this item and answered questions from Council.
