Agenda Additions / Deletions
City Manager Chuck Warbington noted that the applicant for item #6 RZM2022-00013 & SUP2022-
00075 requested that it be tabled to the January 18, 2023 work session. Mr. Warbington also noted
that staff was requesting that item #7 Update on the 2045 Comprehensive and Transportation Master
Plan be tabled to the December 14, 2022 work session.
Motion to approve agenda as amended made by Mayor Pro Tern Martin, Seconded by Council
Member Jones.

1. Presentation of Northside Hospital Update
City Manager Chuck Warbington introduced Mr. Jay Denner with Northside Hospital who
presented the update of the Northside Hospital project.
2. SUP2022-00079; Family Promise of Gwinnett; 757 Moon Road
Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item and answered
questions from Council. The public hearing will be held at the 7pm meeting tonight.
3. SUP2022-00074; Maya Radovic; 125 Park Access Drive
Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item and answered
questions from Council. The applicant Maya Radovic was present to provide information and
answer questions of Council. The public hearing will be held at the 7pm meeting tonight.
4. RZR2022-00014; City of Lawrenceville; 190 Oak Street
Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item and answered
questions from Council. The public hearing will be held at the 7pm meeting tonight.
5. RZR2022-00013; Saulo Ordonez; 846 North Clayton Street
Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item and answered
questions from Council. The public hearing will be held at the 7pm meeting tonight.
6. RZM2022-00013 & SUP2022-00075; GTD Partners, LLC c/o Andersen Tate & Carr; 800 Block
Grayson Highway
This item was tabled to the January 18, 2023 work session during the agenda
additions/deletions.
7. Update on the 2045 Comprehensive and Transportation Master Plan
This item was tabled to the December 14, 2022 work session during the agenda
additions/deletions.
8. Planning and Development Recommendations for Amendments in 2023
Planning and Development Deputy Director Helen Balch presented this item and answered
questions from Council. The changes would come to Council at the January 18th work
session for review.
9. Cost Reimbursement Agreement with Products (SE} Pipe Line Corporation for the
replacement of certain storm water pipes in the Grayland Hills Subdivision
This item was placed on Consent agenda as item #1.
10. Intergovernmental Agreement with Gwinnett County Water and Sewerage Authority for
Implementation of the Regal Estates Water Improvement Project
This item was placed on Consent agenda as item #2.
11. Comprehensive HVAC Services on an Annual Contract Change Order 2
This item was placed on Consent agenda as item #3.
12. Purchase of Natural Gas Materials on a Six-Month Contract
This item was placed on Consent agenda as item #4.
13. Purchase and Installation of Pixel Pitch 6.67mm 7000 NIT LED Display at the Lawrenceville
