CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Council Assembly Room 5:00 PM 70 S. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Still led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Agenda Additions / Deletions City Manager Chuck Warbington stated that staff was requesting that item #1 (RZC2023-00046; West Crogan Capital, LLC) be tabled to the May 22, 2023 meeting because the applicant has requested it be withdrawn. An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance, Article 9, Administration and Enforcement Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will be on the May 22, 2023 meeting for public hearing. 3. Resolution of the City of Lawrenceville in support of the application for a Land & Water Conservation Fund Grant through The Georgia Department of Natural Resources City Engineer Jim Wright presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will be on the May 22, 2023 meeting. 4. Multi-Family Inspection Ordinance Code Enforcement Director Alan Bannister presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will come back to Council at a future meeting possibly in August. 5. Discussion of City Millage Finance Director Keith Lee presented this item and answered questions from Council. 6. Authorization to sign signature cards and approval of resolution for 2023 SPLOST Bank Account This item will be consent item #1.
