Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order Chairman Merritt called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm after recognizing a quorum. Approval of November 2021 Treasurer’s Report Motion to table the November 2021 Treasurer's Report made by Board Member Jones, Seconded by Board Member Johnson. Review of Last Year's Budget Chairman Merritt said she she would reach out to Keith Lee for alcohol projections and email the proposed budget for 2022 to the Board so the vote may occur in December. 3. Downtown Development Authority Officer Elections Paula Foil, Executive Assistant distributed the ballots for the elections and counted the results, and announced the results to the Board. Chairman - Lee Merritt Vice Chairman - Victoria Jones Treasurer - Katrina Fellows Secretary/Executive Director - Barry Mock 4. Façade Grant Discussion Chairman Merritt updated the Board about the Facade Grant Program. She will send more information to the Board and the vote will occur in December. Mainstreet Business Mainstreet Business was given by Jasmine Billings. Harvest Fest was a huge success. We had 68 vendors and music, great sponsors, petting zoo, hay rides, and great weather. Love Lawrenceville Day is when Central Gwinnett High School and Discovery High School students visit City Hall, visit local businesses, and have lunch. Mainstreet will make a presentation of 2022 on February 9th from 12 pm - 4 pm in Fayetteville. Other Business Chairman Merritt mentioned the idea of a member of the Finance Department team to act as the DDA Treasurer - keeping up with the books, bills, etc. The Treasurer will continue to be the one to update the Board on the details. Chairman Merritt will check the By-Laws.
