HERITAGE TRAIL MEDALLION COMMISSION MINUTES Monday, July 07, 2025 Third Floor GwMA Conference Room 5:30 PM 70 S. Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 5:32 PM, recognizing a quorum. Approval of Agenda A motion to approve the agenda was made by Melissa Hardegree, Seconded by Committee Member Price. Voting Yea: Committee Member James, Committee Member Price, Committee Member Abney, Committee Member Lindsey Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes 1. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes A motion to approve the prior meeting minutes was made by Melissa Hardegree, Seconded by Committee Member Lindsey. Voting Yea: Committee Member James, Committee Member Price, Committee Member Abney, Committee Member Lindsey General Discussion 2. Review Heritage Trail Medallion Applications Members discussed the additional applications that were received, as well as the previous nominations. Each member discussed their two choices and their reasons for choosing them. Members added additional information and the group discussed several nominations at length. The list of the final choices will be sent to the Commission members to review and be prepared for discussion and voting at the next meeting. Other Business Melissa Hardegree advised the members that she has created a draft of Bylaws for the Commission. She will send this to the members for their review so they can discuss at the next meeting, and vote for approval. Citizen Comments Citizen Comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per person. Heritage Trail Medallion Commission members will not respond to comments. There were no citizen comments. Final Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Melissa Hardegree, Seconded by Committee Member Price.
