RZC2024-00060 & SUP2024-00094 – Phung My Tran, the Applicant, and Phung My Tran & David Pham, the Owners; an application to rezone certain property from OI (Office Institutional District) to BG (General Business District) with a request Special Use Permit allowing a Special Events Facility; The subject property is located at 179 East Crogan Street; Parcel Identification Number R5174 021; Approximately 1.20 acres. Motion made (6:11 p.m.) to recommend APPROVAL of RZM2024-00060 & SUP2024- 00094 with staff recommendations by Commission Member Henriksen and Seconded by Vice-Chairperson Nash Voting Yea: Chairperson Hardy, Vice-Chairperson Nash, Commission Member Henriksen, Commission Member Huff PUBLIC COMMENT: 6:12 p.m.  Acknowledgement of Service as Planning Commissioner On behalf of the City of Lawrenceville and the City of Lawrenceville Planning Commission, Chairperson Hardy expressed gratitude to Vice-Chairperson Nash for his dedicated service and invaluable contributions during his tenure as a Planning Commissioner (2019 through 2024).
