RECAST ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES Wednesday, May 25, 2022 Third Floor GwMA Conference Room 6:00 PM 70 S. Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order The meeting was called to order and a quorum was not recognized. Approval of Agenda Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes Approve Prior Meeting Minutes There was not a quorum so no vote was taken. General Discussion The group initially discussed what their quorum number was. Given their need to approve the Mission, Vision and Values of the Strategic Navigation Plan submission to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the group set a strategy to host a special call meeting of the board. Updates were provided from Impact46, Georgia Center for Opportunity, and Families First regarding progress on their ReCAST work. Board Member Check-In There was no member check-in discussed. Approve ReCAST Mission, Vision and Values There was no discussion regarding the ReCAST Mission, Vision and Values. ReCAST Sub-Grantee Partner Updates Partners provided updates as indicated under General Discussion. Establishing ReCAST Governance/Bylaws  There was no discussion regarding ReCAST Governance/Bylaws. Discuss the Possibility of a City Council Update There was no discussion regarding a possible City Council Update. Other Business There was no other business. Citizen Comments Citizen comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per person. ReCAST Advisory Board Members will not respond to comments.
