Approval of Agenda There was no quorum, so no vote was taken. Citizen Comments To participate in the Public Comment part of this agenda, you must register with the Advisory Board Secretary before the beginning of the meeting. Presentations will be limited to two (2) minutes per person, and the Board will not respond to comments. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes There was no quorum, and no vote was taken. General Discussion Board Check-In There was a brief board check-in, where personal updates were shared. View Point Health Introduction April Befort, Director of Youth & Young Adult Services (View Point Health), introduced herself to the board. ReCAST Program Update ReCAST Data Evaluator, Betsy Crane, presented third quarter (Q3) ReCAST data. The update was cumulative for ReCAST Year 3. Please note: ReCAST Year 3 runs from October 1, 2023, through September 29, 2024. ReCAST Program Manager, Marcus Thorne, offered updates regarding ReCAST grant deliverables, including updates for ReCAST 1) trauma-informed training and 2) community- facing implicit bias training. Due to the recent selection of View Point Health as the behavioral health provider for Year 4 of the grant, he also shared details regarding the ReCAST transition plan. Lastly, Marcus shared key personnel updates. Other Business No other business was discussed. Final Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 7:42 pm.
