Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda Monday, November 04, 2019 6:00 PM Council Chambers, 200 W. Walker Street I. Call to Order and Roll Call of Members II. Approval of Minutes A. September 16, 2019 III. Citizen Communication The privilege of speaking at this time is limited to the following persons: residents, persons having an ownership interest in property or a business within the City, or their attorneys. A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits members of the Planning and Zoning Commission from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Comments should be directed to the entire Planning and Zoning Commission, not individual members of the Planning and Zoning Commission or staff. If addressing a specific agenda item, speakers must keep their remarks specific to the item being considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Any speaker making personal attacks or using vulgar or profane language shall forfeit his/her remaining time and shall be seated. IV. New Business A. Consider and take action on a Final Plat – Holder’s Estate (PLAT-19-0156), generally located on the east side of McFarland Road, north of FM 517, with the address of 2952 McFarland Road. B. Consider and take action on a Preliminary/Final Plat – JHH Firestone (PLAT-19-0161), generally located at the southeast intersection of West Main Street (FM 518) and Newport Boulevard, with the address of 2051 West Main Street (FM 518). C. Consider and take action on a Preliminary/Final Plat – Kicks Plaza Place (PLAT-19-0126), generally located at the southwest intersection of FM 646 and IH-45, with the address of 1831 West FM 646. D. Consider and take action on a Final Plat – Momin at Tuscan Lakes (PLAT-19-0116), generally located at the northeast intersection of League City Parkway (SH 96) and Egret Bay Boulevard (FM 270). V. Public Hearing and Action Items A. Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council for Zone Change application - FM 646 Tract (MAP-19-0013), to rezone approximately 33.85 acres from “CG” (General Commercial) to “RSF-5” (Residential Single Family with a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet), legally described as Abstract 36 of the WG Banks Survey, Tracts 13 and 13-2, generally located along the south side of FM 646 and east of Caroline Street.
