Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda Monday, March 2, 2020 6:00 PM Council Chambers, 200 W. Walker Street I. Call to Order and Roll Call of Members II. Approval of Minutes A. February 3, 2020 III. Citizen Communication The privilege of speaking at this time is limited to the following persons: residents, persons having an ownership interest in property or a business within the City, or their attorneys. A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits members of the Planning and Zoning Commission from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Comments should be directed to the entire Planning and Zoning Commission, not individual members of the Planning and Zoning Commission or staff. If addressing a specific agenda item, speakers must keep their remarks specific to the item being considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Any speaker making personal attacks or using vulgar or profane language shall forfeit his/her remaining time and shall be seated. IV. New Business A. Consider and take action on a Master Plan – Pedregal Master Plan (PUD-19-0017), generally located along the north side of West FM 517, and west of Calder Road. V. Public Hearing and Action Item A. Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Application – 1504 West League City Parkway (MAP-20-0001), to rezone approximately 0.464 acres from “CM” (Commercial Mixed Use) to “CG” (General Commercial), legally described as Lot 3, Block 2 of the Calder Plaza Subdivision, generally located along the north side of League City Parkway (SH 96), east of Phillips Road and west of Interstate Highway 45 with an address of 1504 West League City Parkway. VI. Other Business A. Consider and take action on the election of a Vice-Chairperson for the Planning and Zoning Commission. VII. Staff Comments VIII.
