Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on Zoning Change Application, Stedman West PUD (PUD-21-0004), to create a Planned Unit Development (-PUD Overlay district) on approximately 639.7 acres zoned “RSF-7” (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet), generally located south of League City / Friendswood Parkway, west of McFarland Road in League City, Texas. 5. New Business A. Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat – Sedona, Section 7 (PLAT-21-0006), generally located along the south side of Ervin Street, east of Hobbs Road. 6. Staff Comments 7.
