Consider and take action on a Final Plat, Pinnacle Park, Phase 4 (PLAT-22-0014), generally located at the southwest intersection of Big League Dreams Parkway and Brookport Drive, with an address of 1420 Brookport Drive. B. Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat, Lighthouse (PLAT-22-0008), generally located along the east side of the South Gulf Freeway (Interstate Highway 45), approximately 1,500 feet south of FM 646. C. Consider and take action on a Preliminary/Final Plat, Desire of Nations (PLAT-21-0049), generally located along the east side of State Highway 3, between Washington Avenue and Walker Street, with an address of 824 State Highway 3 South. 5.
