Meeting Minutes City of League City Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting, Monday, November 7, 2022 Council Chambers, 200 W. Walker Street, League City, TX 77573 1. Call to Order and Roll Call of Members Paul Maaz, Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Steven Barron, Gene Bindhammer, Frank Dominguez, Paul Maaz, Pam Arnold, Tedd Olkowski, Ruth Morrison Absent: None City Staff: David Hoover, Executive Director of Development Services; Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner; Masood Malik, Senior Planner; Michelle Villarreal, Deputy City Attorney 2. Approval of October 17, 2022, minutes Mr. Maaz asked if there were any corrections. He stated hearing none, the October 17, 2022, minutes are approved. 3. Citizen Communications No citizens spoke. 4. New Business A. Consider and take action on a Final Plat, Westland Ranch, Section 6 (PLAT-21-0040), generally located north of Muldoon Parkway and east of Maple Leaf Drive. Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner, gave a presentation on behalf of the City of League City. Mr. Olkowski made a motion to approve the Final Plat, Westland Ranch, Section 6 (PLAT- 21-0040), per staff’s recommendations. Mr. Bindhammer seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0-0. B. Consider and take action on Preliminary / Final Plats, Westland Ranch Landscape Reserve, Sections 1 (PLAT-21-0057) and 2 (PLAT-21-0058), generally located north and south of Muldoon Parkway and east of Maple Leaf Drive. Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner, gave a presentation on behalf of the City of League City. Mr. Olkowski made a motion to approve the on Preliminary / Final Plats, Westland Ranch Landscape Reserve, Sections 1 (PLAT-21-0057) and 2 (PLAT-21-0058), per staff’s recommendations. Mr. Bindhammer seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0-0.  C. Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat, League City Parkway Street Dedication (PLAT-21-0048), generally located south of West Main Street (FM 518), north of Ervin Street, east of West Boulevard and west of Maple Leaf Drive. Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner, gave a presentation on behalf of the City of League City. Mr. Olkowski made a motion to approve the Preliminary Plat, League City Parkway Street Dedication (PLAT-21-0048), per staff’s recommendations. Mr. Bindhammer seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0-0. 5. Staff Comments None. 6.
