1. Call to Order and Roll Call of Members
Paul Maaz, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present: Steven Barron, Chris Dodson, Paul Maaz, Pam Arnold, Frank Dominguez, Tedd
Olkowski, Ruth Morrison, Jacqueline Irwin
Absent: None
City Staff: Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner; Ann Williams, Planner; Matt Brown, Assistant
City Engineer; Michelle Villarreal, Deputy City Attorney
2. Approval of March 6, 2023, minutes
Mr. Maaz asked if there were any corrections. He stated hearing none, the March 6, 2023, minutes
are approved.
3. Citizen Communications
Jim Bollom, 1611 Lansing Lane spoke about proposed changes to Tuscan Lakes Master Plan and
asked the Commission to deny any changes.

4. New Business
A. Consider and take action on a Final Plat, Westland Ranch, Section 7, PLAT-22-0042, generally
located on the north side of Muldoon Parkway and east of Maple Leaf Drive.
Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner, gave a presentation on behalf of the City of League City.
Mr. Dodson made a motion to approve the Final Plat, Westland Ranch, Section 7, PLAT-22-0042, per
staff’s recommendations.
Mr. Olkowski seconded the motion.
The motion passed by a vote of 8-0-0.
B. Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat of Amending Plat of Lot 2, Butler Road Business
Park & of Lot 1, League City United Methodist Subdivision, PLAT-22-0034 generally located
along the south side of League City Parkway, the west side of Calder Drive, the north side of
Turner Street, and the east side of Butler Road.
Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner, gave a presentation on behalf of the City of League City.
Mr. Dodson made a motion to approve the Preliminary Plat of Amending Plat of Lot 2, Butler Road
Business Park & of Lot 1, League City United Methodist Subdivision, PLAT-22-0034, per staff’s
recommendations.
Mr. Olkowski seconded the motion.
The motion passed by a vote of 8-0-0.
C. Consider and take action on a Preliminary/Final Plat, Dayton Grove, Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,
PLAT-23-0004, generally located along the west side of Louisiana Avenue, north of Austin
Street, with the address of 1051 Louisiana Avenue.
Mark Linenschmidt, Senior Planner, gave a presentation on behalf of the City of League City.
Mr. Dodson made a motion to approve the Preliminary/Final Plat, Dayton Grove, Lots 1 and 2, Block
1, PLAT-23-0004, per staff’s recommendations.
Mr. Olkowski seconded the motion.
The motion passed by a vote of 8-0-0.
