Hold a public hearing and take action on a Zoning Board of Adjustments Application, VA-23-0004, Mac Haik Landscape Setback, a variance request to decrease the required 10-foot landscape setback along public roadway frontages, on property legally described as Lot 1 of the Star Commercial Replat, generally located along the east side of the frontage road to Interstate Highway 45 (Gulf Freeway) and south of League City Parkway with the address of 2112 South Gulf Freeway. 5. Other Business A. Consider and take action on election of a Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Adjustments/Building and Standards Commission. B. Consider and take action on election of a Vice Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Adjustments/Building and Standards Commission. 6. Staff Comments 7.
